I would definitely not do 3- Let your daughters body rest, heal and let her go when she feels as good as you do- when she can walk, run, and not get wiped out and need to be in a stroller. Long days in the heat(which can be trying on the body,) crowded full of people who can make her even more sick.
It stinks but once she is healthy enough, it will be a great trip. Try to move it to later Oct and see what happens. if it doesnt work out, look into next option.
