Embarassing

I was at work today (In Primark) putting some mens undies out and i did something so simple just moved an empty box and my back went into spasm. i was stuck right in the middle of the shop I managed to get one of the girls attention they eventually got me a seat but every time i tried to get up to walk i couldn't the pain was so bad They ended up hiring a wheel chair to get me upstairs to the rest room i was so embarassed. Luckily i managed to get into Beckys car to come home. I am still in a lot of pain but i am hoping with a night in bed i will be ok to go to work tomorrow.

Thanks everyone i have been to the doctors today and he has given me a note for 2 weeks. He has also given me a letter to get an x ray and maybe i need an mri which i am not looking forward to because i am claustophobic
