Emailing Reservations Centre...

I emailed the reservation centre on 13th Feb to ask a few questions and to see about upgrading the room. I had no reply all week so on Friday I sent another email asking if they got my first one... still no reply!! :confused3

Does anyone know how long it normally takes for them to reply? I'm reluctant to ring up as we don't have a landline and their phone number will cost me a small fortune on my mobile. :scared1:
 
Ok, that's really spooky. An email reply from them just came through!! :eek::eek:

Although, at an extra £1074.50 per room to upgrade our hotel, i think we'll be giving it a miss! The only hotel they can offer us now is the New York, despite there being availability at Sequoia Lodge when i first sent my email :sad1:

So I guess we'll be staying with the Cheyenne, just hope my Dad can cope with the walk to the parks, as he definitely won't be liking the crowded buses!!

I am now slightly concerned that the parks are going to be packed when we are there, as all bar the NY and DLH are fully booked according to the website!! :scared1:
