Emailing Music?

I read a post or tip or something that someone posted about emailing music. I believe what they did was email one Disney song each day to someone before a Disney vacation to get the Disney magic started. Has anyone heard of this? Any information you can give me on how to email a song? Do you just attach the file? Thank you!!
