Emailed Disney 3 mo ago and no real response

OK, I really hate to ask this, but I know if anyone knows, it will be someone on here. I LOVE Disney World and we go yearly and sometimes more. We were there for 2 weeks over Christmas and I had something happen that was worthy of writing to Disney about. I wrote to them upon returning home, the reason it was not brought up while there is because it was not founded until the day we left and I really hate to leaving ppl wondering, I just dont want this to become some flaming thread or conterversy, so the situaiton will remain unknown. Upon writing them, I gave them every detail possible, every way to contact me and assured them I love Disney and would not write to just compain it is not only a complaing but a true concern of mine and I was looking forward to hearing from them. I got a generic email back saying they got my email and would contact me within like 10-14 days. Here it is alomst 3 months later and nothing. Ive emailed back 2 more times just stating I would like to be contacted by someone to discuss the issue, all I ever get is a generic email stating they got my original email and are continuing to investigate and will contact me soon. Im not out looking for anything free by any means this really is a concern of mine and I do feel that I deserve a phone call or atleast an email about this. Does anyone know if there is someone in specific I should contact? Should I just wait? Call?

What would you do if you were me and still feel like I deserve to have someone to respond to me? I am really disappointed that this has been pushed aside and no one is taking the time to even email me. :confused:

Sorry this is so long, but I do appreciate the advice or contact informaiton to someone who would care. I did put this on this board because it does have something to do with Disney restaurants.
 
When I sent off an e-mail, I received a phone call within 2 weeks.

I have no idea why you were never contacted.

I think this is the best route really. I really just dont like talking on the phone though, I dont hear that well. Any idea as to who I should contact? Is there a certain number for such a situaiton? I hate to call it a complaint, but Im guessing that is the area I would be directed towards.

Here is what I got the two additional times I emailed back since I was hoping it would spark them to contact me.

Without knowing what happened, there is no way to recommend any other course of action other than what you have already done.
 
I would expect a response too..I think at this point you should look into calling them, you might get a better reaction with a phone call.

That being said, I do not know the appropriate person to direct your call to.
 
Resend as a "second request" ... State that you're disappointed in not hearing from them.

Also, research to find the name of the dept. head that will cover your complaint and send it to him, even if it's a generic email address, the mere posting of his/her name WILL make a difference.
 
Im still hoping that someone can give me a contact number to call? Ive sent 2 follow up emailes over the months, same generic response. Ive done some searching and havent came up with a number that I think will give me a live person.

Anyone?
 
Must have been something pretty bad to still care about it 3 months later. I once had a cast member accidentally knock me into the pool with my cell phone and wallet in my pocket and a few hours later I was over it. I'm not sure there is anything I would care about 3 months after the fact unless someone was severely injured or had stolen my identity.

Without know what it is, it'll be hard for anyone to direct you to the correct person.
 
without more detail this is not a subject for restaurant board :)
