Email stating Hippy Dippy Pool is going to be closed???!!!

Getting a little confused here. I received an email this morning that the HD pool was going to be under renovations while we are there. We are checking in Nov. 12th. I called to get the low down and the CM told me that that was a mistake and that it was the computer pool that is down until Dec. 12th. She proceeded to read me the email which was the one I received a couple months ago. I read her mine again and she said she would double check. No...the HD pool will not be closed and told me not to worry that it would be open. Guess what? I received a second email this afternoon about my second free dining reservation starting Nov. 15th stating the same thing! I booked preferred to be near the main pool for my grandson. Not that big of a deal because we'll be in the world but just wondering if anyone else got the same email.

Yes, lots of chatter about it in the Pop FAQ Thread. The consensus is the email is incorrect.

I just wrote the same thread basically. Ridicoulous. For what it is is worth, the cm I talked to knew nothing either and claimed letter didn't exist, then,said it did...but,it didn't mean it was closed. That the return doesn't happen til Jan. They need to get their ducks in a row. And I need to know if kiddie,pool is open or not! I was screwed,by this situation in feb. Got word that riverside pool and kiddie pool was closed due to return...so paid extra and got French quarter. Got there...kiddie pool closed. Said they don't send alerts about that. So...2 toddlers ...zero kiddie pools equally me royally po'ed
