We received outstanding service from a waiter at the Kona Cafe during our last visit and we thought it would be worthwhile to send an email to the waiter's mgmt and others to acknowledge such service. Would anyone know where we could get emails for Kona Cafe Mgmt, Polynesian Mgmt and even appropriate top-level WDW executives to notify them of our appreciation...thanks, Jim
