Email Conformation Problems?

Is anyone else having problems receiving an email conformation for a reservation? I called Jan. 27 and booked a room only reservation. I talked to a wonderful castmember and I received my confromation number. She stated I would be receiving an email conformation shortly. By Tuesday the 29th I had not gotten one so I called back just to make sure. Talked to another wonderful woman, she found my reservation and said she would send out the conformation. It's now Sunday, Feb. 3 and still no conformation email. I can track when the deposit left my bank. My daughter's high school band is marching on Main Street and I don't want any last minute surprises about reservations.

Am I worried for nothing? :confused3

I also had a problem , I booked and paid on 1/28....I finally recieved my email confirmation on 2/1. I called a couple of times and was told they sent it but it was the end of the week ...Call again and ask for them to send a copy thru the regular mail. Maybe their sytem is overloaded??!!??
 
I boked last saturday and i got confirmation on wednesday. I had called back on sunday and they resent it. By tuesday I told them to please send it in the mail. Then it arrived.
 
Not saying you shouldn't get confirmation but if you have the confirmation number wouldn't you be ok? Don't you get other info via regular mail. Just trying to ease your mind -- if an additional CM says all is well and your reservation was there ... is having the e-mail something you must show?

I guess I am more curious than anything else. I've usually booked more than room and don't know if I ever got an e-mail or not. Good luck! :)
 

It took me over 4 days to finally receive a confirmation and then instead of having my dates as 9/21-9/27...they had me from 9/21-12/27 all for the low price of 3177.55...nice huh? wouldn't mind that trip at that price:) ..of course it took anothe 2 days to get a requested conf. then I got 3emails and 2 hardcopies....:goodvibes

I would check your spam/junk folder... some of the e-mails from Disney have been showing up in mine.
 
I made a change in my ressies last Friday. I recieved the confirmation email on Thursday. There must be a system overload thing going on.
 
I also made a ressie on 1/28 and got email confirmation on 2/1. I hadn't written down the confirmation number and was going to call but decided to wait. I like to check the details and have a written confirmation in hand because there have been errors in the past, some which would have cost me more $$.
 
I had to call and ask for it 3 times. Actually I am glad that you all have posted because I always think it is just me, LOL. I guess no one is picking on me, it is just them!

I guess you have to bug them about it sometimes. Anyway, I would never show up at WDW without a printed confirmation. My experience leads me to believe that this is not a good thing.
 
It took me almost a week to receive one that I booked recently. I used to receive them in mere hours. I'm guessing since this isn't a singular phenomenon, that there must be yet another problem with Disney's systems. sigh:confused3
 
I still haven't gotten one from last Monday when my ressie was made. My traveling companion got hers but mine is MIA. Next time I have to call in for something I'll ask again. :confused3
 
Call them, tell them about the problem, and ask them to fax or overnight you a hard copy today.
