Does anyone have the email address for the bookings or reservations department?
I made our reservation for our trip in December about a month ago (maybe longer) over the phone. I have a booking/reservation number and did call back the next day, as was not sure that the right room type had been booked (which it hadn't) so the person on the phone corrected the room type booked and said I would receive an email confirmation of the change in 48 hours! Well, that was at least a month ago now
. I am as yet to receive a booking confirmation either by email or by mail for the entire booking

So I just wanted to email the bookings department about it as I'm worried the booking has been cancelled or something
.
As I'm from Australia, we don't have to pay a deposit or anything, just make the booking and the whole payment is taken 30 days prior to arrival. So I would just feel happier receiving some form of confirmation in writing.
