I I am after help from anyone who is about to go or has just been. We are gong out in July and my dd 6 has been saving for an elusive elsa dress. Has anyone seen them in the parks or dtd????

Here now, not seen any but there is a limit of 5 items per customer on all Frozen merchandise.

We were there early april and while they had little girl (up to age 3) dresses they had literally nothing else. We wasted a couple of days checking everywhere after hearing the Florida Mall and Animal Kingdom were worth a search.

Absolutely no luck at all so try to manage her expectations I'm afraid.

They're like gold dust to get. We were lucky enough to get one a few weeks back from the Disney store in Cardiff. My son had been following the Disneystore page on facebook and they announced that the Elsa dress was coming into stock in certain stores. He phoned the Cardiff store and they told him the dress would be in the following day, he was there really early and luckily he got one.

They were back in stock online on Thursday but they soon sold out. According to their facebook page they will be back later this month. If I was you I would follow their page on facebook as they announce the dates when they come back in.

Hope this helps :)

They're like hen's teeth! E-bay have some for sale but as you would expect they are priced above the original cost.

we were trying since Feb to get one for my Niece (she now has one). Speak to your local Disney store about their deliveries - our local store advised us to keep phoning first thing on their delivery days as they could put one aside for us. Disney store now have a new version of the dress on sale.

Tesco also do a Disney approved dress which is really good value and nice material, but these are hard to find in my area at the moment.

Here now and I've seen very very little Frozen merch......just a couple of t-shirts and that's it really....:-(

I heard that the Frozen merchandise in General is so popular that they can't produce it as fast a folk want to buy it!

OP, I got one for DD from the Disney store on line but had to return it as it was too small. They didn't know when they would be getting more in, but luckily I had read a thread on the Dibb suggesting the Disney store in Harrods. I managed to get one in a bigger size, the only thing was I had to pay £5.95 delivery. But that was worth it as my DD was distraught that her Elsa dress didn't fit properly.

Let me know if you want the number for Harrods Disney store :goodvibes

Claire :)

I would say size up - they are very small fitting, particularly in the body. My DD has just turned 6 and was desperate for one for her bday - I managed to get one by queuing outside our (not so) local Disney store an hour before it opened after plaguing them to find out if they were having any deliveries :scared1:. It was a birthday present and I was really torn on the sizing once in the shop - she is tall so in 6-7 clothing (still some 5-6 in some stores). I originally thought I'd get the 7-8 but then looked at the 9-10 and even that didn't look very big :confused3. I got the 9-10 in the end (realising I wouldn't get a replacement if it wasn't right so the pressure was on!). It was right to the floor but not trailing and a slightly long on the arms (I just turned the cuff back and it looked fine).

My other DD wanted an Anna dress for her birthday two weeks ago (it's been a fairly hectic time tracking down on this Frozen stuff I can tell you!!). My lovely Mum ended up tracking the last Anna dress down in Harrods and we got it shipped up. Have to say they were brilliant - super fast and it came packaged very nicely in a Harrods box!

We've just had a Frozen party at the weekend for my youngest and it was super cute as they both dressed in their dresses so I had both Princesses there :lovestruc.

Hope you get sorted out.

I've just got back from a trip and they had them in the store as you exit the Anna & Elsa meet and greet.

I didn't know they were so rare.

They were $65.

There was very, very little Frozen merchandise. Other than the dresses there were a couple of t-shirts (that weren't great), a CD and the DVD/Bluray.

Thanks Claire do you have the number, I couldn't find anything online

Here it is:

0207 225 6664

Or the main number for Harrods, and you can ask to be put thru to the Disney store is 020 7730 1234.

The original dress I got for my 5 1/2 yr old DD was a 7 to 8, but it was too small, ( the Velcro at the back kept coming undone) so it was a 9 -10 that I got from Harrods and that fits fine, so do bear that in mind!

Hope you get sorted :goodvibes

I was impressed with the packaging too. I made sure that the Harrods box had pride of place at the top of my recycling box on bin day lol ;)

I wrapped my DD's dress within the box as her present. The said box then went into school with my other DD as she had a 'recycling' scrapbook day - bet the teacher thought we were really posh, especially when others were turning up with amazon boxes and cereal boxes :rotfl2:.

I overheard an assistant in Once Upon A Toy in DTD today telling a customer that if they DID get any Frozen merchandise in then if it stayed in store for 20mins then that would be a long time
