Elmo at Seaworld?

I've heard there's a breakfast you can reserve with the Sesame Street characters. Anyone have any experience with it? If we book for the first sitting of the day, will we make it to park opening? Is it inside the park and if so, can we enter the park early with ressies? Are we better off booking it for lunchtime when its hotter?

Elmo is only at Sea World "seasonal". (He is not there currently-but I believe he is supposed to return this spring/March).

I think the last seating for the breakfast is 10:30am and there are no other character meals during the day (If they schedule as they did last year)

The breakfast is inside the park.
