Can't stand her!

I rarely watch anymore. I was one of the ones who liked Rosie. And I've never warmed to Sherri.

I did catch it today because I was waiting for a friend to pick me up for lunch. Elisabeth kept interrupting the guests to spew her political agenda.

I like debate, but I think it's disrepectful to a guest. I wanted to hear from Ian McKellen. Instead Elisabeth just talked about her ignorant view on public health.

She's an idiot but thinks she's smart, so she makes a fool out of herself continuously and is continually rude and self-righteous. Barbara Walters makes her look stupid at times trying to cover for her idiocy and seems to barely tolerate her. I like The View altho I do agree it has gone downhill, and wish they would get another to replace her. They have had a few different women her age in her spot over the years.

You mean the same way Joy interrupts guests that she disagrees with, to spew her political agenda? They both do it.

I agree with Elisabeth on some issues...on others I don't. I rarely agree with Joy.

I think Whoopie is probably the most knowledgeable and reasonable one of them all.

I have a positive view on her too! She is such a sweetie and of course the left leaning folks are not going to like her.

I think she means well, but is not very intelligent and she always has to be right.

Joy cuts in to make a joke alot of the time but THAT is why she is on the show, that is part of her job. Elizabeth gets very uppity when she is not agreed with, even the other day on the show she got all riled up when everyone was trying to be calm. If they let her speak, she should do the same for the others whether she agrees or not.

I can't stand her. Her voice is shrill. And she acts like a bully when trying to get her point across. Maybe she had to do that when Rosie was there (especially toward the end) - but she shouldn't need to that now.

I've been trying to quit that show, not just because of Elizabeth - but Barbara is on my last nerve. Her questions are horrible and embarrassing, and she tries to be hip and funny - it just ain't happening.

Nope it's not that left-leaning folks don't like her -- it's the folks who actually have some intelligence who don't like her. She's the reason blondes get the "dumb" label.

And as far as her being a "sweetie" -- ask some of the security people at Giants Stadium about how sweet she is. When her husband was on the Giants, she was VERY rude to the staff there. The "don't you know who I am" doesn't fly when you use it all the time!

That's sort of the way I took that also. Personally, I don't like Joy and disagree with her about most things, but I don't think she is dumb, or that anyone else who likes her, is dumb....just because I disagree with her/them. I think she/they just have a different opinion than I do.

Interesting....so in your view, I'm stupid because I like her. I never knew that someone whose IQ is in the 160's could be considered stupid.

I was wondering how you know this? Are you on staff there, or maybe you know individuals who are on staff? Just curious.
