electronica and WOC

I was wondering if you can see both Electronica and World of color in the same evening. But I think my first question should be when does Electronica happen? When I looked on the calendar online It wasn't listed any of the days we are going to be in Disneyland and DCA. These are both new to us and we were hoping to see both, if possible.

What days? Sometimes DLR is slow in updating its calendar.

That is odd because it's been announced to run nightly all summer. Looking at the calendar it isn't on any of August and now that not far away. It may be a glitch on the calendar. It's popular so I doubt it's being cut from the entertainment.

I think Ski is right. It will be showing. It plays from 8 to 10, and hence you can catch it after the first WOC show or before the second.

elecTRONica has been confirmed through spring with heavy cast member speculation being that it will get extended yet again in the future (many different reasons were given, all of them positive). We were told it was incredibly popular (even moreso than Glowfest) and they may bridge through to the second Tron movie.

My oldest DD and DH made a "Tron Mickey Ears hat" that glows. DD is obsessed with Tron and will be Cora for Halloween this year at DL. She was getting a LOT of attention and the cast members in the Tron store were more than happy to talk to DH and DD since they said they had dozens of people coming in wanting to know where they could buy that hat!! Hehe.

When we were watching the calendar for our trip last week the dates/times for elecTRONica weren't updated until July actually started with one day not even showing up until a few days prior to our visit.

I'm guessing that during the fall it will become a weekend only event again with the times starting around dusk like it did during the spring. That makes it easier to experience both WoC and elecTRONica in the same night.

As it is now, elecTRONica is only from 8-10 so trying to experience that and WoC would be a tight fit. Honestly it takes some people (especially those of us who can't dance, but love the event anyway) some time to warm up and loosen up enough to enjoy it fully.

Laser Man appears on the stage across from the Monsters Inc ride. When we were there last month he came on at 8:45PM and 9:15PM.

Ther new Laserman show is amazing!! I hope he stays around too and continues to update his show periodically.

A cast member told us that Laserman (who I believe is Australian) guards his secrets so closely that only two Disney Cast Members at all know how he does things and he made sure in his contract that it stays that way.
