Electronic Will-Call

Has anyone used the electronic Will Call device at Universal? I'm wondering if there is a line to get your tickets or what. Should I just buy them from the front desk at the hotel?

All you need is your credit card that you bought your tickets with and your confirmation number. I didn't really notice a line.

We used it when we bought a season pass for my nephew a few weeks ago. There was no line even though some machines were out of order. The next day we went, a technician was fixing one of the broken machines from the day before. I didn't see anyone using the machines that day either. I don't think many people know about it or are uncomfortable doing something like this. We had no problem and will use this method again if we have any other Universal newbies with us.

I've really never seen a line around those machines. They are still farely new.
