I am thinking of booking this for our arrival night but have a few questions. What time do you have to pick up your tickets for the electrical parade seating and at what time do you have to check in? Also are the seats first come first served and are there any preferable seats like I have read for the Fantasmic seating? Furthermore, where do you pick the tickets up from and at what time does this place close?
Thanks in advance.

Good questions! I would be interested as well since we are thinking of doing this on our next trip. I did the Fantasmic seating before and loved it, but there will not be Fantasmic on our next trip, so I thought this may be a good opportunity to try this out. How much are the tickets for the ELP reserved seats?

isnt it the same desert box as fantasmic.?
man i wish we werent missing electrical parade ive seen it once and my sons never seen it i hope they dont get rid of it before next year (in dec looks to be when we will want to see it)

We saw the Electric Parade near the beginning of June (6/9) and we were able to get a bench to sit on across from Corn Dog Palace (Castle?) about 30 minutes before the parade near the beginning of the parade route. It doesn't seem to draw the same number and early crowds as Fantasmic.

We are planning to do the Electric Parade reserved seating next time. :cool1: According to Vacation Planning, it is not a dessert box. It is more of a snack tray, with cheeses and crackers and fruit. Kids can get a sandwich. A glass of wine is included as well as sodas.

Vacation Planning said that we just show up a little before the parade and there is a patio area where you can sit and eat during the parade. It sounds a bit less complicated than Fantasmic. A little more laid back?

Since we stay on-sight, the Fantasmic tickets are waiting for us at the hotel when we check in. It sounds that the Electric Parade will be the same. I did read somewhere on the DIS that you can also pick tickets up at Guest Services; however, I do not know if that is at DL or DCA.

Hope that helps? Maybe someone that just went will have the latest info for us...

:) Have Fun!

Thanks for the info, I hope you can pick the tickets up at the hotel when you check in. We are at the GCH so it would be really useful. I think we will probably book this for the night we arrive.

Where exactly is the priority seating for the electrical parade? If this is already booked what are other alternatives.

Same here, on June 1st we just walked up and got front seating close to where the parade starts. About 25 minutes before it started. I just assume bring something yummy to munch on, and grab a seat. Much cheaper then the desert seating, and I prefer front row for the Electric Parade anyway! :)
