According to Disneyland.com this is all that's available:

Limited seating is available at the Golden Vine Winery and Pacific Wharf that offers dining and parade viewing.

I think there was something a couple years ago. I think it was like the preferred seating for Fantasmic thing. (Which I don't even know if they do this any more either.) We did the Fantasmic package one 4th of July just to avoid the crowds. But we bought our tickets through the group ticket sales booth. Maybe you can call DL's guest services and ask.

What: Special Reserved Seating for Disney's Electrical Parade and appetizers.
Offering: "Wine Country Platter" (Meats, Cheeses and Bread)
Cost: $47.00 Guests ages 10+ / $37.00 Guests ages 3-9
How: Call (714) 781-4400 up to 30 days in advance.

Reservation phone line is open 8:00 - 17:00, 7 days a week.
Credit cards only accepted over the phone.
In person, Guests may purchase tickets at the Guest Services Window or at a Golden Vine Winery wine tasting counter.
Tickets arranged in advance may be picked up at the Will Call window.
Cash, checks and credit card payments accepted in person.
Seating begins 1 hour before show time. Seating is first come-first serve.

Wow, Thanks for the information. Unfortunately it would cost me $250. I guess I just have to get a spot early. Does anyone know how early during the week in Aug. Thanks again Gina

We went last month. We sat down near the faux Pavilion of Fine Arts, and had a great view. We got there an hour early, and we were some of the first people. We sat on the benches there until someone came by and showed us a line where we could sit.
