...there's just something about it that I just love, maybe it's the atmosphere, but I just love eating there for lunch while at Epcot. I mean, I know it's not THE best place to eat at Epcot ( I love eating at the countries)

...but there's just something about it I like..but I can't explain it. Maybe somebody out there knows what I'm talkin about :sunny:

Could you give some info on what it's like ,decor ,food etc,as we will be trying it in Aug . :wave2: Thanks !

Hmmm... decor? Early 22nd Century tacky. Food? Early 21st Century heartburn. :)

We had lunch there the last day of our trip in February, but only because I had not had a park cheeseburger all week and I needed one before I left. It was fine, but certainly not a place that got me all excited. Glad that you like it though!

We ate there last week for lunch after I couldn't talk my family into Sunshine Seasons. We sat outside and really enjoyed the mist and water action from the nearby fountains. Our burgers were very good.

I was glad we made the switch from Sunshine as it was very choatic and loud there, and the patio at Electric Umbrella was rather peaceful.

My son was interested in finding the talking trash can. Do you know where it is?

:sunny:

I eat at EU at least once on each trip. There is nothing special about the food or the decor, but the location and convenience make it one of my favorites.

When I eat there, I either sit outside to watch the Fountain of Nations, or on the upper level inside to watch people flow through the breezway on their way to Mission: Space and Test Track.

I know what you mean! ;) Something about it I really like too! :thumbsup2 (LOL Bicker.)

While the food and decor may be unremarkable there is just something about that place. Our family must eat there every trip.

I'm also an Electric Umbrella fan. It just reminds me of Disney. I don't know how else to describe it. I think it might be because my ex-DH and I ate here alot when I first visited(because we had no money for WS restaurants). Epcot was (and still is) my favorite park and Electric Umbrella just reminds me of the trips I made when we had no money to make them with. It just reminds me of the Epcot that once was  :)

Yes, that's another reason I like it too!

We enjoy eating there for the very same reasons!

Just wondering what's on their toppings bar these days? I was disappointed at how little was offered at the Liberty Inn at the American Adventure and hope there's more than just ketchup, mustard and mayo.
