We are going back to WDW for the second time with our almost 3 year old son, and I definitely want to incorporate some night time activities this time. One of these is the Electric Light Parade which I can remember going to see as a kid. My question is... would it be better to attend this on a night where there are two ELP taking place (8:00 and 10:00 - Monday night) or when only one is being offered at 8:00 (Tuesday night)? We are trying the strategy of doing one park in the morning and a different one in the afternoon/evening after nap. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

I should also add that we are going Feb. 7-14, so it shouldn't be super crowded that week....

1. You'll be able to grab a better viewing spot much closer to parade time almost anywhere along the route for the second parade.

2. Agreed.

You'll get great seats easily for the 2nd show but that might be too late for the little guy.

Yeah... I guess my original thoughts, when I asked the question, were if the first show of a two show night would be less crowded that a one show night..... since the crowd would be divided between two shows. Any thoughts on that???

Tough to answer, since they generally schedule two MSEPs on more crowded days.

I'd put it this way... The "crowd" will be at the first parade.
The second parade will have, I'd estimate, between 20-35% of the number of guests who were watching the first performance.

they generally schedule two MSEPs on more crowded days.

Agreed.
And, that can easily mean that on a night with two parades,
the first one will be as busy as a parade
on a night that only has one parade performance.
