El Pirata Y El Perico

Does anyone know when El Pirata Y El Perico will be open? It smelled so good when we went by there and it was open on our trip in 2003, but we didn't get to eat there? We went back in 2005, and they were closed, but scheduled to re-open the day after we left. We will be back again in June 2006, and would like to give them a try.

It was closed the first week of December when we were there. Don't really know when it is opening again, the rumor board has several theories, and some great ones including a few new charector dining options here. Can't wait to see what happens.
