I play drums and i think Guitar Center is amazing. My friend plays guitar so when we go I hit the drum section while he messes around with the guitars. We use to go to Sam Ash, but Guitar Center just totally destroys them.

it's cool since the one i went to had a cool drum section in the back of the store and my friend was messing around with them and the employees didn't care...which was awesome.
my friend wanted me to start playing 'stairway to heaven' since it's like the most played, and he wanted it to be like the scene from wayne's world, lol.

lol... wayne's world... great movie. Yea I was playing their drums for a good half hour and they thought it was cool.

I have actually been to sam ash more becuase of the same reason. It's closer to my house than guitar center is. The only reason I ever went to guitar center is because my friend and I went to a white castle and there was a guitar center across the street.

not that time, there was one time we went at 1 or 2 in the morning and we were waiting in the drive thru when 2 cop cars pulled up behind this car parked in the lot and then the guy ran and the cops chased him down on foot.

lol...I went to one in Hackensack, which is pretty funny because that is where Harold and Kumar in the movie are from but for some reason they just never went there, and when we were going through the drive-thru and we were doing one of those song orders...and this homeless guy comes to our window and asks for change but we were in mid-song so it totally messes it all up. I have never been so pissed ever.lol

lol... it seems like they always ask for change at the wrong time. Was he a nice homeless guy or an angry one. I had a bad experience with an angry one on friday.

haha ive never seen someone actually do the drive thru song order before... you guys need to do it again and record it XD ... and i once walked through a drive thru haha.. the lady kept saying we had to be in a car to use it, and we kept saying it was an invisible car haha... she thought we were funny and let us through

I went to guitar center AND white castle today, it was pretty fun. Also, I stopped at best buy and they added a music section. They had pianos,microphones,electric drums and real drum sets. It was pretty cool, the drums and guitars were in in sound proof rooms and the drum set they had set up was amazing. My friend and I were there for an hour.

I think it's new because there are only 2 that I know of. And yes it was hard to leave.

it was a nice set up, I was surprised they had a lot of stuff. In the drum room, the set was in the middle and they had all the drum stuff for sale on the walls. In the guitar room, there were amps all along the wall and guitars hanging above them for you to play.
