El Guitar (updated with new vid by DarkwingDuck)

Had to bring it back

and I hate when I play my acoustic and my pick slips out of my hand and into my sound hole...anybody have any ideas to help me stop from doing that.

The thing is Tom is you don't have to have a death grip grip on the pick. Just think about the same philosophy of holding a drum stick. You have more control of the stick when you are not holding a death grip. Same thing goes for the pick. Just hold it normally and it will strum across the strings with less tension and less chance of popping out of your fingers.

I dont think I am holding that tight...but I know what you mean on holding it tight. Could it be the hardness of the pick?

It could be the flexibility of the pick that makes it much harder to hold onto when you are strumming. Also picks that are thicker and less flexible with less bend to them if you are playing fast or hard can have less give as they strum across the strings.

I am already going to The Who concert in late October...and I was just about to bump this yesterday but I fell asleep.
