I saw the Nightline thing. Eisner was just really dismissive of everything that Roy and Stanley had to say, but of course wouldn't go into specifics to rebut them, instead just reiterating the "double digit growth" this year and 60% increase in stock price this year mantra. This just shows how completely insular and clueless Eisner and the board are. It looks like Eisner and the board will not leave unless they are actually voted out by a motion on the ballot to get rid of them, or however they do that, not sure of the board rules. The sad thing is, that even if that is accomplished and they are forced out, they will probably still leave scratching their heads and wondering why. Just unbelievable. I'm sure they're all decent people and think they're doing the right thing, but they just can't seem to grasp the fact that you can't just dismiss the votes and the points made by THAT MANY various and diverse shareholders, both individual and institutional, as crackpots.
