eggs made to order?

Are the ready-made scrambled eggs in the buffet real eggs or from powder or a mix? That's always the appeal of omelet stations to me. The bacon is also so thinly sliced I don't find it worth while. Sausage is a little better.

On one cruise, we were on the Dream and they didn't have jalapeños! I eat those with all my eggs.

I think powder. I agree with you on the omlettes.

it seems like on both the dining room menus and at cabanas you have a choice of scrambled eggs or eggs benedict. My parents might be coming with us and my dad is a very simple guy at breakfast. He never looks at a breakfast menu, just orders 2 eggs over easy, bacon, home fries and toast. Can he get eggs made to order at either the omelete station or in the main dining room breakfast?

It seems everyone answered your question: - but if it helps - I prefer soft poached eggs in the morning and those are available to order as well. Do note too the scrambled eggs on the buffet are from a jug or mix or something. If you ask for fresh cracked eggs they will make those to order as well.

Whatever they are, they're gross! I won't eat them and neither will DD, who usually isn't picky about that sort of thing. They definitely have a fake sort of texture about them.

They are gross powder eggs. I can only choke them down if I mix them with other stuff. If you want scrambled eggs, you can order a plain omelet or ask for fresh scrambled eggs to be cooked for you.
