Eeyore Retirement Design

Do any of the awesome designers have a retirement design? One of my co-workers (Karyn) is a huge Eeyore fan and she is retiring at the end of the month. We are throwing a retirement party and I thought I might make a poster for everyone to sign and some cupcake toppers. Any help would be deeply appreciated.
