Everytime you hear thunder, it must be the angels clapping because someone just made WDW reservations.

Tony be glad you weren't at the Jersey Shore on Thursday night. Lightening hit the utility pole outside my parents house there. Chunk of it fell right off and several of their electronics got fried (new vcr/dvd player, phone, tv)

I used to live in West Chester, PA, in an apartment building, and one time a thunderstorm rolled in and lighting struck the big huge oak tree about 20 feet away from my window, scared the you know what out of me! The tree exploded, and later I went down and took one of the charred pieces of wood as a souvenir

Annie&Hallie'sMom - That's why we always unplug the TV / VCR etc when there's a storm at the shore house. We also unplug these things when we leave on Sundays.
