EE rides at MK

We will be going to WDW the 3rd week in Aug and I'm trying to decide if we should do EE at MK. Can you really get all the EE rides done before it gets too crowded? I'm thinking about going to MGM when that happens, but just wonder if we will get all rides done so when we go back to MK another afternoon (maybe after Epcot EE) we'll have enough time to do almost everything else. Maybe we should just do another whole day at MK? Any opinions? I'm just worried about not having enough time there because this is only our 2nd trip and last year I picked the most crowded day to do MK (Mon) and we really didn't get to do a whole lot. Thanks for your help, these boards are great!

Crowds are very minimal during EE...you should be able to get most if not all of Tomorrowland and Fantasyland done.

We don't do Fantasyland (my son thinks he's too grown up for that  ) but we use the time to take lots of pictures of an almost empty Main Street and then we get Tomorrowland out of the way.

You can put a significant dent in the Extra Magic Hour rides, possibly getting them all done if it's not too crowded. However, even with Extra Magic Hour you probably will not be able to do all of Magic Kingdom with just another afternoon devoted to the park.

If you have an E-Night scheduled during your trip, I'd definitely take advantage of it. Between E-night, a full afternoon/evening, and Extra Magic Hour, you should be able to see it all.

Best of luck!
