Going in between Aug 12-20 I was just wondering ... If you go early. Be there before the park opens.. Go straight to EE (like everyone else)
How long would you have to wait ?? 30 mins 50 , 80 ????
And is waiting in line worth it ??? getting a FP would be cool .. but we have never been to AK ... Part I like about WDW is the stuff to look at while waiting in line ... Is EE like that ??? Is there neat stuff to look at ????
Or is it just a Jungle Hot Trek through mass waves of people ?

If you are at the park right when it opens and head straight to the attraction ata decent pace without stopping, you shouldn't have to wait in line for longer than a few minutes (if at all).

If you are there before opening and go straight there, you won't have much of a wait at all. My daughter and I did this and we got on one of the first 3 trains. As soon as we got off, my wife was waiting for me with our fastpasses so we could ride it again. It's gorgeous to look at.

Can you compare EE to any other ride that disney has? Is it close in nature to BTMR or space? I am not scared of the yeti, just the drops and curves.

I would say it is half way between BTMRR and RnRC. I think you should definitly try it.

My advice is this. DO NOT use Fast pass the first time you ride EE. The queue is incredible and should not be missed.

Probably the second most intense ride after Mission:SPACE. RnRC has a more intense launch, but fades quickly after that. The drops on EE are much larger (or at least they feel that way). Space Mountain is a completely different type of experience - it's much slower and MUCH more jarring than EE. BTMRR is also much slower, more jarring and much less intense than EE.

I let my 6yo daughter ride all of the above except Space Mountain.

Thanks.. we will definatley stand in the line the first ride around... We are staying for 9 days .. So if we must do it a second time we will use fast pass.
Thanks again
