Educational Info about World Showcase & AK Countries

So that we may take the kids out of school for our Disney trip, we must show that it will be an educational experience. Does anyone know if there is a site somewhere that lists educational info about the WS & AK countries?? Or educational information about Future World in Epcot? Educational information about some of the animals at AK? Any help would be appreciated.

Look in the sticky "Kids Pages for Disney"

There is a link to a website that has several educational things for kids to do with respect to Disney

We have used the Disney Travel Journal and this time I plan on taking the Epcot pages and Animal Kingdom ones for him to work on while we're gone...

His teachers have loved the idea!

There is a student excuse letter that lists all of the educational things at disney that is awesome. Here is the link. http://www.themouseforless.com/downloads/kids/SchoolExcuse/SE1.shtml It is kind of fun in that it is so exhaustive.
