Most of the attractions have "mainstreamed" lines. You will go all the way through the regular line with everyone else. If the line is not mainstreamed there will be indications and/or Cast Members directing you.
Just about all the shows have special seating areas where you will stray in your chair or ECV and there is seating for people who are with you right next to the special spaces. If it is a ride, usually you will be able to pull right to the load area and transfer to the ride vehicle. Some attractions you can even go on the ride vehicle. If unload is not where load is, you will find that your ECV will magically appear at the unload area.
Pretty easy to get around, but you have to be a careful driver and look out for people that stop directly in front of you, and look for curb cuts/ramps, especialy at MK.
MK is the exception, most other parks you'll go through the regular queues. But always ask the attraction greeter cast members outside the entrance to each attraction, as accessible access entrances can change if there is construction or very heavy crowds.
Most of the newer attractions have queues wide enough to accommodate the turning radius of a standard ecv or wheelchair.
