HI everyone,

On our last trip - we stayed at S/D and didn't see a single ECV in the hotel or on the buses or boats.

We're thinking of staying there again on our next trip, but my mother will be with us and has mobility issues necessitating an ECV.

- Can the ECV be brought on the boat to DHS & EPCOT?
- if the dolphin isn't the first bus stop - do they move people to load an ECV?
- Does an ECV fit in the rooms?
- Has anyone else seen ECVs at the S/D? I"m wondering if they're not common b/c it's a conference-heavy property.

You might want to check out the diabilities board, they are a wealth of information on topics of this nature.

1) Yes, the ECV can be brought on the Friendship boats.

2) The Dolphin is never the first stop, it's either the second or third depending on the park. If the bus arrives and is full with standing guests, you will need to wait for the next bus, it the bus is not full, then guests will be asked to move to allow her on as she as just as much right to board the bus as anyone else.

3) Don't know, call the Dolphin and ask or check over on the DisAbilities forum. They are very good and very helpful on that board.

4) Yes, Swan/Dolphin guests use ECV's just as much as other resorts.
