I have a party of 5 going to DisneyWorld in January and one of the members use an ECV. We are renting it from a company, so we will have it our whole trip. We are staying at Port Orleans but we have early breakfast at the Contemporary, Polynesian and Wilderness Lodge. What would be the best way to get to those resorts from Port Orleans with an ECV?

I'm not sure how early they run, but you might consider the Minnie Vans. I looked into that a little when we were there a few weeks ago, and I think they have models that can accommodate an ECV if you call and reserve in advance. More cost, but might be easier than the buses?

Either an accessible MV or bus to MK, monorail or walking path to resort. (MVs aren’t cheap, think $40 one way.) To book an accessible MV you do it like a normal one through the Lyft app but then when selecting the MV, scroll down and you’ll see Accessible MV as a booking option and click that.

Sometimes MVs are available, sometimes they aren’t, so even if you want to go that way give yourself enough time to take the bus to MK route.

Mears has taxi vans with a ramp. It accommodates scooters and wheel chairs. Same price as a regular taxi, cheaper then MV.

Bus to MK. Then Bus or boat to WL. Walk to Contemporary. Monorail, boat or walk to poly

Very similar situation here. We have a van that I hope to fit the ECV into. For our visits to Monorail resorts I plan on going to the TTC and riding the monorail. If the van doesn't work out I plan on using a Disney bus.
