Ecuador and Galapagos Islands question

For anyone who has taken the Ecuador and Galapagos Islands adventure, I have a question about La Pinta Yacht. It looks like it is fairly small, maybe 25 cabins total. Does ABD rent out the entire yacht or are there other guests on board as well. And second, what was you favorite part?

We took the ABD Galapagos trip last summer. Our ship was the Explorer II which had approximately 100 staterooms. It was one of the largest ships in the area. The Explorer was bought out by another company and that company wasn't cooperating with Disney the way they would want them to. The guides were disappointed that the Explorer and crew would no longer being hosting the ship. This will be the first season they are using the other ship.

I'm sorry I didn't see this earlier! December was very busy for us!

This is a new boat for ABD, but my review is linked on my signature if you want to get an idea of the old trip. I'd say with that few cabins, the yacht would be fully chartered by ABD, which I think would be great!

Best part: oh, that's tough! I really enjoyed the hikes on the islands, every day was a different place, but each one offered unique animals and ecosystem to see. We enjoyed the Andean highlands far more than we expected to; it's not that we didn't want to do that part, but we learned so much and experienced so much culture and the people were so incredibly beautiful and friendly. Really, except for being exhausted from so much activity, we loved it all! The one or two issues we had were related to sharing the ship with other groups (lost snorkel gear, pushy crowds at the pier etc) So if the change is a private ABD charter- your trip will be even better!
