EBAY question

I ordered had the winning bid for a pair of Kermit earrings for my daughter. This was on July 21st. I paid for them the same day. The seller said they would send them out. I waited for about 2 weeks then emailed them. They said they were sorry they had some mixups and they would send out a pair in about 1 to 2 weeks when they received some more. I never received them. I have emailed the seller about 4 or 5 times and have not heard anything back from them. What do I do? Does EBAY have some way to help with this?

you stated you paid the same day..was this using a credit card thru paypal?..if so..the seller MUST ship item to you within 7 days or they lose their sellers protection..you need to file a claim with paypal within 30 days of the auctions end..if there is money in sellers account and they cannot prove to paypal that the item was shipped in the allotted time..then paypal will refund your money..if there is no money in seller account..paypal will refuse the refund..then you may contact your credit card company for a chargeback..you also need to file a non performing seller complaint with ebay..use the HELP button at the top of every ebay page..and select the appropriate response..Good luck!
