Ebay question--curious

So, I have a video game up for sale on ebay, buy it now only. So, why are there 7 people "watching" the auction? I mean, the BIN price is the BIN price, so why watch instead of buying? I'm sure there is a logical reason, and I need to know it!

I'll put a buy it now item on watch if I'm still looking around for a better price or if I want to easily find it once I make my mind up to purchase it!

could be someone looking for a better price
could be someone waiting to get paid 1st
could be someone who has one at home and wants to see if yours sells
could be another seller who wants to see if yours sells
could be....

I often watch items that I am thinking of listing. I like to know whether it's worth my time & effort to list.

I usually watch it for one of two reasons, one is looking for a better price or two is waiting on payday!

I'm watching a BIN on eBay right now, size 15 shoes for my son! There are a few more that I'd like on auction but if I don't win them I'll buy the BIN.
