eBay is REALLY stretching it!

I've made a LOT of sales in the past 2,3 months on eBay - to the tune of about $400!

Great, huh? Stuff I never use, cash in!

Not so great.

Why?

Because 80% of the buyers never cough up. Or get in touch to so sorry or to explain themselves.

Annoying.

I have never been a seller on EBay. Do you have to pay fees when this happens or do you get to list the item again? I don’t know how it works for sellers, but it wouldn’t seem fair to bill you a fee to re-list when it’s the buyer who is being a flake.

ebay refunds the final value fees if the buyer doesn’t pay.

OP, if you do BIN, have it set up that buyer must pay immediately to use BIN

BIN is the only way to go on Ebay. Saves you the trouble of having to deal with non payments. Also, you get to set your price what you want to get for the item.

I agree 100%. I sell on Ebay and I only use Buy it Now. Items don't sell as fast from my experience but not having to deal with the headache that comes from auctions is worth it to me. I know you used to be able to block people with low/no feedback from buying from you but I don't see that as a feature anymore. I did that and it saved me a ton of trouble.

What others said about BIN. And if you want an even more interesting experience, try the Ebay seller forums..... I haven't been there in years but, wow.
