Hi
could you please give me some advice, Ebay is totally new to me:confused3
I have just sold an item and the buyer is from Austria, any idea what the postage should be for an item which will be in a small box and weighs just under 750g:confused:, she has asked me and I am totally clueless as to an amount, any help would be appreciated
Thanks In Advance

Go on royalmail.com and you can get a free quote. You go to personal customers and put in overseas and the weight of the parcel. You then select Austria from the drop-down menu and you will be given a number of options. It depends whether you want it to be signed for. I have sent a few things abroad and use the standard airmail small packets. It covers you for items up to about £40, I think and takes about 4 days - there is no tracking though.
HTH.

I've sold a few things to Ebayers in Europe and have always used the Royal Mail 'International Signed For' postage. It costs a little more but lets you track the item. There is also less chance of the buyer claiming the item hasn't arrived.
