Ebay help- Did I get a knock-off?

HELP! I just got DS costume, and I don't know if I should complain or not...I think its a knock off!
It was listed as a Disney POTC costume, using the photo the Disney website has, and looks just like it, but there is no Disney tag...
It seems very well made, could be the real thing, but Disney usually puts something on it, saying its Disney, right?
One other thing...The hat looks backwards.the hair is attatched to the front(the part of the hat with the skull and crossbones.)
DS has already tried it on, and has been running around the house chasing his sister with the blow-up swords from Mcdonalds, so should I forget it, or ask for a partial refund?

If you really can't prove that it isn't from Disney, and your child seems to be really enjoying it, then I would just keep it, and not worry about it. After all, if your child likes it, why go through all the bother of writing bad reiviews, trying to get a partial refund, etc...
Since you can't be sure either way, go ahead and assume it is from Disney, so that you both you and your child will be happy

I think the one you were sent was probably from BJs. I saw the same type of costume you are describing there. It was $19.99. I actually purchased my DS's Power Rangers costume there.

The sellers on EBAY are not allowed to cut and paste pictures. I know this because I just bought a bottle of Philosophy shower gel and I won the bid. Then next day EBAY send me an email telling me that the seller's item was pulled from EBAY because they copied a picture of the item from the Philosophy website. I told EBAY that I already paid for it and they said for me to get my money back from PAYPAL.
