I listed an multiple items in one listing. I clearly state in bold/Red that there are issues with the boxes and I will not provide refunds due to the state of the boxes and if that might be an issue then request pictures prior to purchase.
Someone just purchased all the boxes and at the same time asked me if there were any discolorations on the boxes.
I responded that it was clear in my listing that there was and I copied and pasted my text.
He has just requested a full refund. What should I do? I have 100% rating. Do I refund and not make a big deal or do I hold my ground because the issues were clearly stated in my listing?

And unfortunately, buyers hold all the shots when it comes to ebay. If you don't do as they want, chances are you will get a negative. At least the mutual cancellation will allow you both to be free of each other.
