Ebates 20% back for Orbitz tickets

They show'd back up today in my shopping tips list (no checkmark, but I am waiting 7 days). Maybe they were do maintenance last night and the data wasn't available or something?? I don't know, but you can guarantee that I will be contacting them Monday if nothing has changed.

5th day and still no sign of cashback. Guess I'll have to wait for 7 days and contact them.

If it makes any of you feel better I bought my tickets 2/18 and still nothing 10 days later. No checkmark. No pending cash back. And now nothing is listed under my shopping trips. I emailed Ebates ("Where's my Cash Back") and got a response saying they will look into the matter and get back to me in 10-45 days.
I'm new to Ebates, although I knew it existed I never signed up before. I figured the 20% deal was too good to pass up.

My E-mail was sent next day...two days later my balance for MY BIG FAT CHECK....Also last night I linked my tickets to MDE...

Today (2/18/14), Ebates is offering 20% back on Orbitz Activity reservations. WDW tickets are considered an Activity Reservation. This is an awesome deal! And YES, you can link your Orbitz tickets to MDE so you can select FP+ ahead of time. You won't be able to link the tickets for about a week and you will have to have a CM do it but the money you save is worth the extra phone call!

Same here. Starting to doubt I'll ever see the money. At least it was only for one ticket and I'm not waiting for hundreds of dollars back, but the $85 would have been nice.

If the shopping trip isn't there, it's going to be hard to get the money I would think. I have 3 shopping trips all within a few minutes of each other, and I went back to ebates one more time minutes before I checked out just to be sure, and my time stamps show that, so I should be OK once the 7 days pass. I'm not going until August so I have time for the cashback. Don't need it today, but if I don't get it, things will get ugly. I'm in for about $250 back.

My shopping trips are there, but I still got the "looking into it" email from Ebates. I have receipt from Orbitz and shopping trip shows up, but no check mark. I'm like you, I had several shopping trips that day while I looked around and decided to order.

We should be OK then. Just wondering if they'll know it was 20% that day. I have a screenshot of the offer from that day too just in case. Did you order on Saturday the 22nd also? It's annoying because I placed an order for a keyboard from newegg yesterday and the cashback for that order was almost instant. Also done from the same computer. So not sure what's up with the Orbitz deal. I'm fairly confident we'll be OK though. Just may take a bit longer than norm.

I just booked a single night at AoA through Orbitz. It was a measly 1%, but the cash showed up quickly.

However, that doesn't always happen.

Sometimes, you can do the "Where's my money?," and it instantly gets credited. However, there have been times where I don't see the money in my account for weeks. ebates once told me that it has to do with when the company (Orbitz) credits ebates with the sale.

Sometimes, I don't see the purchase in my account. Some companies seem worse about this than others. Walgreens, for example. I almost always have to do a tracker with them.

But in all seriousness, just be patient but diligent. Do a track if need be. Contact customer service if it's been a few weeks.

Today is day 11 for me. I've sent all the Where's My Refund emails and am just waiting while they look into it. Some others posted yesterday that it can take awhile, but that the money always comes through, so that made me feel better.
