Ebates 20% back for Orbitz tickets

So I should be fine to order our disney world tickets through ebates Canada, since they still have 20% cash back, right??

I ordered from the canada site when they offered it in January. Everything worked out fine. You just have to open an ebates canada account. My cc doesn't charge an exchange rate. My account there shows that I have $141 pending (that's canadian dollars).

I was able to request the magic code and link it to my trip in MDE.

I looked at that a few months ago when they had the same discount but decided against it. I only caution you if you are not a Canadian because you will need to pay to exchange the money from CDN to US dollars. It might not be worth the extra 10%. You might be better off to go through the US ebates and get the 10% discount and less complication. JMHO.

So now I am starting to worry - I was in logged in to my Ebates account and linked to Orbitz - I can see all the shopping trips I made when ordering - but does it matter at all if I checked out using my moms CC as I was purchasing the ticket for her? Would I still receive credit or anything? I realize it has not even been 48 hours, but just worried since some of you posted that purchased the tickets later on Monday night that it was showing up pending your Ebates account.

I was worried too. I use my boyfriend's cc and my ebates account. Everything went fine though. The ebates is in my account.

Is there a phone number to contact for Ebates? I tried sending an email requesting info about my purchase and the computer will not accept it.

I purchased the Disney tickets through the ebates site and found out today that my email on Orbitz was incorrect. It was fixed today. So I tried unsuccessfully to contact ebates to let them know so my account will be linked to the purchase. If you don't want to post here please send a pm.

Forgive me for not reading all 32 pages..... I have a quick question. I bought my tickets with this deal on Wed... worked like a charm. Ebates are pending in my account.... tickets linked in MDE.

I have a friend who wants to buy the tickets today. Is the deal still live? How does it work if your dates are not set. My voucher only has a purchase date, not an experation date. Anyone know how long the tickets will be good for?? Thanks in advance!!

It's only 10% back now. The 20% deal ended at on Monday night at 11:59 PM west-coast time.

The tickets are regular MYW tickets and are subject to all of the same rules that apply to MYW tickets.

Oh darn!!! I wonder how often orbitz is the "daily double" for ebates? Does this deal come up often?

My boyfriend and I bought our tickets separately on Sunday; his Ebates account got credited yesterday, while mine is still showing nothing and there isn't a check next to the shopping trip. My payment didn't go through on my card until last night so I'm hoping the delay is because of this.

I guess I'll just give it a week before I email Ebates.

Yeah, that's what I figured. The shopping trip shows up so even if there's I problem I can just email them the shopping trip #. I just got sad when my boyfriend told me he had $76 pending in his account when I didn't!

I think the voucher said redeemable at any of the four parks, but someone posted earlier that they were able to redeem an Orbitz voucher at DTD during a previous trip.

FYI, I ordered last Thursday and still have no cash back pending. I'm not hugely concerned, since I've already linked the tickets, and I do see the shopping trip in my Ebates account. I'll wait until it's been 7 days, and if it's still not there, I'll check with Ebates about it.

We're staying offsite for our upcoming visit, should we create an MDE account anyway?

I prefer to link this voucher to an MDE account, rather than holding onto a piece of paper until late summer in order to physically redeem them at the parks for actual tickets.
