Do these fees allow you unlimited access throughout the day or are you assigned a specific time?

$15 per day any time ya want all day long...they have a nice set of showers too. I plan on using the showers in the locker room rather than our room since they are bigger and lots of towels :thumbsup2

The best part of the rainforest room for me are the heated tile loungers. But I hate to tell you that we have a pre-arranged reserve on them ;) Just kidding it's first come first serve

While I was on the Magic over NYE I talked with a couple of people that did this TA the first time. They warned me to bring warm clothes as it was very chilly last time along with the no need for veradana since the seas are just too rough to enjoy being out.

I'm still excited and I'm thinking of this trip as our adventure into the unknown. I will pack sweats and jeans and figure it's okay to bundle up and enjoy a good book on those sea days, on the heated tile lounger of course :yay:

What Nan is trying to say is

GET OFF HER TILE LOUNGER!!!!! :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

And the other thing she's really saying is... she's hoping to get upgraded to a verandah ANYWAY... :lmao:

You guys are hilarious!!! To be honest I totally forgot about the Rainforest Room and never even thought about it on the last cruise. We were so busy "worrying" about the kids and making sure they were okay that my hubby and I really didn't get to enjoy everything Disney had to offer. Not going to happen on this cruise!!!! Sorry Nan, I think I'm going to have to try to use those tile loungers!! LOL
I've been wondering about having the verandah or not but I will keep it! (to be honest I want a Cat 3 but right now, not sure if I'm willing to shell out an additional 4600.00 to get it)!! -But very tempted!!

I'm happy to save you a spot on the loungers just as long as you save me a spot for drinks in your cat 3 :thumbsup2 :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I hate to admit it, but I think I'm leaning towards lower cats and more cruising. Don't let that rumor escape, my name will be mud :3dglasses

How old are the kiddos??? I'm so glad to just be coming with Wilson who will be 10 at time of cruise. It's nice and easy to maintain the interest of one kid at a time when you are used to having 2 all the time. I hope that we'll find a few more boys his age and then I'll be able to lounge(r) my time away...

Oh yeah....

And you've got to remember... we've already spent 2 weeks on the PC Repo together and we're still friends!!!

Don't let her fool you... she gets her hand on the Walt Suite she'll do it... Who needs to send the kids to college.... LISA????? :rotfl: :rotfl:

Where IS Lisa???

Hi again everyone. Sorry I've been absent, but I think the rollercoaster is slowing down a bit so hopefully I'll be around a little more often. :surfweb:

Hi amydy, I know it's $15 a day and I think $75 per week (right?) so I would assume you could pay around $150 and get it for the whole cruise......but don't quote me on that. I know $15 for sure, and usually cheaper if you book for multiple days. The gym is free, and has a fantastic view.

Nan... Erica's another one we're going to have to share with... :goodvibes :goodvibes :goodvibes

Erica... you live in Florida... bring extra booze!!! (and you thought LAST trip was a fun one to pack for!!!)

ok, but the loungers are FULL...no one else gets let in unless they bring good swaggggg pirate:

Just back from the first trip to St Croix for the Magic and while onboard we booked this Transatlantic. Our DS and his DW will join us .... we hope cause we booked it for them. :rolleyes1

I am looking forward to a lot of interaction from this thread between now and then. :grouphug:

If it's not rude, how old is everyone? Seems like everyone here has been on so many cruises and I feel so inexperienced!! LOL Either everyone is older than me or I just don't make the same amount of money as the rest of you!! LOL

My DW turned 55yo New Year's day and was one of the first (if not the first) to "Celebrate" Disney's new theme. :woohoo: I turn 57yo in February, our DS turns 36yo and his DW turns 35yo.

How about some Champagne and Pama? Will that get me in? ;)

I'm not really a champagne girl, unless it's Dom:snooty:

Rum & Coke is my drink o' choice or of course always a BBC:woohoo:

What's Pama???

Do I even want to ask what this is????:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I do believe it will be red and have a coke emblem on it... maybe I can get you one of those hard hat can holders and we can get you a can on one side and a bottle of rum on the other...

Ummmm... time to research... later!!!

Nan... this alone should make you go sober... :scared: :scared: :scared: :scared: :scared:

BeerHatGuy2.jpg

michelle that is nasty:scared1:

But it will keep you sober... and on a diet!!! :lmao:

Just as long as he isn't sitting on the recliner next to you in a towel... you have nothing to worry about (and he won't because it will be me, Kathe, Erica and probably Sukie...) (we're sending out Ian for snacks...)

I can tell this is going to be a very interesting trip!!! LOL Lord help me!!!!!!! LOL

:flower3: :flower3: :flower3: :flower3: Who us??? :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Welcome to all the newcomers to the thread!!

I'm all about booking the lower category so that we can cruise more often :) That being said, I love the split bathroom too much to go back to a cat 11, especially with more than two people in the cabin. So I've booked at cat 10 for my last two cruises, and for this upcoming one.

I just booked our fall cruise with NCL this week. We're doing 10 nights to Canada/New England and using up all of our NCL credit card rewards. They just changed the program on us, so this will be our last super cheap cruise thanks to the credit card. No biggie-- it frees me up to go on other cruiselines!

Pama is pomegranate liquor - it tastes lovely in champagne. My New Year's Eve drunk texting was all because of pama and champagne......Lionel confiscated my phone :rolleyes1
