Do people get quick service and eat lunch while in the Lightning Lane area for Festival of Fantasy? I don’t want to break any protocols.

I'd do it. You can be sitting/standing around waiting awhile. Also, I stood right next to a trash can situated in the lightning area, so you don't have to go far to throw the trash away. You can see it to the right of me here.

Just an fyi. I was watching a live stream from the Kingdom today. The Festival of Fantasy Parade had a 12pm start time, but didn't get going until around 12:20. Just wanted to point that out to back up what I mentioned earlier about waiting around awhile.
