Do they keep track of when you eat? For example, if my DD eats with kids klub, and then we want her to go with us to the regular dining restaurant, will she be allowed to come in even though he's already eaten?
He's not kidding, either!! At Palo, my waitress STUFFED us...honestly, she asked about desserts..."Might you like to sample any of the other different desserts we have?". Sure!! Then she approaches the table with EVERY SINGLE DESSERT they offer...I thought she was going to show them, and have me choose...nope...they were consumption, not for showing off!
I definitely agree that Disney wants to "fatten us up" during our cruise. Between the apetizers, main course, desserts, buffets, snacks and of course that desert buffet!!!
When we went to Palo, I ordered an apetizer that I didn't like, but I wasn't going to order another one as we had dinner and desert coming, but my waiter refused to let me go with just a "I didn't like it". I HAD to pick another one (which was delicious btw)
Even at dinner, should you want three main courses, they will serve you three main courses (I can barely get through one, but the option is there).
Honestly, I think you could spent your entire cruise eating with all those choices!!!
........are you kiddin me, I chow /graze 9 times a day on cruise..always order 3 different appetizers and 3 different meals at each sitting, then I order room service for an encore. ...That forklift you hear at disembark is them unloading me from the boat.

Definitely... my son did this often on our 4 day wonder trip.
The only problem was he wasn't hungry since he had already eaten, and there was usually something cool going on at the club during our dinner time.
He would sit with us for about 5 minutes, and then ask (beg) to go to the club. We let him go. Better that than have a bored and already full 9 year old just sitting there.
