At cross roads there are lots of options. We love sweet tomatoes. Great fresh food, all you can eat. If you sign up at their website, you will get coupons so it is really cheap. We are Canadian so there are a lot of chains we don't have at home that we like to go to. If you are American, you might not be as excited as we are with them.
We are from Missouri. So most likely won't find anything "different" but we don't care! We are planning to spend less time in the parks. Just a slower pace all around this trip and thought we could head off site for some meals. Really just asking what is close by that we could sit down, maybe order a drink and not feel rushed. Like a Red Robin, Chilis, maybe a steak place like Lonestar or Longhorn. Nothing too fancy but not park food everyday.
For breakfast there are bunches of IHOPs, Dennys, Perkins, etc all around the tourist area. A lot of people say the Golden Corral breakfast buffet is good. I haven't tried it.
second Ale House! Good food and reasonable prices. There are at least two locations convenient to Disney that we've visited-and we go every trip! If you have kids young enough for kids meals, they used to have a "kids eat free" night that was our favorite! Our kids are high school/college now so I don't keep up with those anymore..
Yep we really like Bahama Breeze and Flippers Pizza! We're also fans of Giordano's Pizza as well- different style than Flippers. Wild Side BBQ in Kissimmee isn't far and was really good!
For breakfast offsite, Mimi's Cafe is my fave. It's next to the Mall at Millenia. You can get on their email list and they send out coupons. Right now they sent out free entree with purchase of another entree and 2 drinks. Every little bit, right?
