Eating in Port Canaveral tonight...??? about Grills Tiki

I know there was a thread on here not too long ago about where to eat around here, but I cannot find it!!

We were driving around by the port today & I remembered hearing good things about Grills Tiki Bar. Has anyone been there with the kids?? Ours are 5 & almost 2.....

We eat here everytime we are in town. Nice casual place right on the water. They usually have a band out on their patio during happy hour too.

There is also a coupon on their website. We ate there on Sat. before our Wonder cruise last summer with our kids 5,8 and 11. We saw the Magic leave and that really brought it home to them that we would be on a ship the next day!

Grills is a great place. We've twice done what Robin did and eaten there on a Saturday night before a Sunday Wonder cruise. Great fun watching the Magic leave!

We went there tonight for dinner & it was great!! We might even go back for breakfast tomorrow to see the ship before we get on. No problem at all with the kids, there were a few other families there as well.

We are really starting to like this town!!

Great place to eat, and a fantastic view also on late Saturday afternoons when the ships depart. Grills, that is.

OMG!

I went to the website, looked at the photos and saw how close the place is when the ships pass by. We are so THERE the morning of 2/28/04 to see the Magic come in....then jumping onboard later that morning!!!!

We ate there for lunch/dinner they day before, and breakfast the day of the cruise.

There were kids, no problem at all.

The food is delicious.

Breakfast is great..you can see the Magic from the restaurant.

Both times we ate at Grills the Magic blue its horn again right as it was passing by! It got a great big cheer from all those watching!

You will have to be up very early to see the Magic come back up the channel. We stayed at the Radisson the night before our cruise last August. I woke up at 5:15am and saw the Magic just as it was reaching the Disney Terminal.
