Eating in alternative resort hotels

We are staying at the all stars movies next August but were wondering what disney was like for having a meal at one of the more high spec hotels.

We have the use of a car for the duration of our stay so how easy is it to do?

As long as you have a car to drive there in, then eating at a different resort is very easy. Enjoy!

DH and I do this on every trip. We always have one non-park day and spend it touring the various resorts. We eat breakfast in one resort, lunch in another, etc. If you want to eat at a deluxe resort, espeically one on the monorail. It's best to make a PS for any restaurant, you are going during a busy time and there will be no problem parking in their lot. No need to make a PS if you take WDW transportation. As long as you have WDW park tickets, you are entitled to use any bus, boat or monorail to get to the resorts.
