Eating at the Cheyenne

When we stayed at the Cheyenne a few years ago the kids enjoyed the buffet restaurant there.
We are going again soon and was just wondering:
Can anybody walk in and eat there (we aren't staying on site this time)?
Can we park there if we are going to eat?
