Eating at SW - Reservations Needed?

Do you need to make reservations when eating at the major restaurants at SW or can you walk in? Where would we need to reserve times? I'm looking at around 11am in September.

SW is mostly counter food unless you make ressies for one of the 'special' meals....

go thru the line, fill your tray, pay, find a seat ....

You can make a reservation for Sharks Underwater Grill. These reservations are same day and you make the reservation after you enter the park. In September it shouldn't be too hard to get a reservation here.
