Eating at another resort

Might be a dumb question, but if I'm staying at one WDW resort and want to eat at another resort's food court, is it possible to drive there and park. Will the security guard let me in. Ex. Staying at POP and want to eat at Port Orleans. I know there is guard gates but will a Key to the world let me into another property for parking when I want to eat there??

yes you can visit other resorts and eat there when you drive in to the resort stop and tell the guard why your there you will be asked to show a picture ID and the guard will give you a pass to display in your window or you can hop on any bus to the resort of your choice from the parks & dtd

Maybe I am remembering wrong, but I think because you get a free parking pass for your car window from your resort for parks as well as home resort, you also can go through any guard gate @ any other resort as well.
Even so, if they ask, you tell them you are there to cisit the resort or eat @ one of the restaurants. They will let you through.

I don;t rememeber having problems with our resort pass in the window when we visited other resorts. As long as it was within our dates of stay, as printed on the pass itself.

Parking at other Disney's resorts is free but generally limited to about 3 hours whether or not you are staying on-site.

When taking buses or monorail between two resorts you almost always have to make a connection.
