Saturday - Pasta, meatballs, garlic bread
 
Saturday - meatloaf, rice, green beans

Sunday - roasted chicken with potatoes and carrots.

Monday - leftovers

Tuesday - Stroganoff / zucchini

Wednesday - frittata

Thursday - unstuffed peppers over rice

Friday - leftovers
 
Back to menu planning after eating whatever we had in the fridge after the holidays. :cool1:

I inventoried the freezer this morning and we're doing our usual eat out of the freezer for January (buy as little as possible). I was happy to realize I was doing a better job of managing the freezer. We only have enough food until the 22nd of January before we'll have to stock up again. Pretty cool.

Sunday: Grilled Cheese and Tomato soup for lunch
Pork Chops, Mashed Potatoes and Rolls

Monday: Hot Dogs

Tuesday: Tacos

Wednesday: Oven Roasted Tenderloin

Thursday: Leftovers

Friday: Brown Sugar Salmon and Rice

Saturday: Hot Dogs for lunch

Spent some time tonight working on a meal plan, I hope I can stick to it....

Mon 12th Beef/Bean enchiladas (use ½ bag of shredded cheese)

The holidays got us way off track for eating at home. I was working crazy hours and too tired to cook. I need to eat at home to save some money. Our original plan for my birthday next month ( the big 3-0) was to go to Disney but it is just too expensive. So instead the plan is to go to nashville for a few days and explore.

Tonight we had spaghetti with meatballs, salad, and rolls.

I am happy to be back after a loooong break. We are trying to scale back on eating out after a very, very hectic holiday season.

Sunday: grilled cheese, salad
Monday: baked beans, homemade rolls, steamed carrots and green beans
Tuesday: pulled pork sandwiches with steamed carrots and green beans
Wednesday: poached eggs over salad
Thursday: dahl soup, yogurt, brown rice
Friday: spinach and cheese quiche, salad
Saturday: out with friends

Also back after a long holiday season and a Florida trip in mid December. It was weeks of restaurants and holiday dinners with family and visiting. Now it's time to get back to basics.

Saturday was.. Ground Chicken/Bean/Veggie Chili.

Tonight .. leftovers from various dinners I cooked through the week.

Monday.. Just ds and I ,and it's basketball practice night. So likely eggs, toast and fruit. quick and easy.

Tuesday.. Spaghetti Pie and Salad

Wednesday.. Chicken Fingers, Potatoes and Veggies with dip

Thursday.. Perogies and a salad

Friday..Wraps (Chicken, Cheese, Veggies, Salsa, Sour Cream and refried beans)

Saturday.. Beef Stew and homemade bread

Sunday.. Not sure.. TBD by next weekends grocery shop.
